  • To introduce local students to careers in the trades, by hosting events at local schools and community centers that introduce them to various construction, automotive & manufacturing trades.

  • To provide an opportunity for a hands-on experience in how to use tools from various trades with instruction provided by industry professionals.

  • To connect students with local companies for career opportunities.

Our Mission Is...

What does "apprenticeship" mean?

An apprenticeship is a paid job where the employee learns and gains valuable experiences that may lead to a future job. There are countless career pathways in construction, manufacturing, and service companies that require no degree or formal training.      However, all require certain qualifications. PTIS has compiled a list of training programs from various companies and organizations for your consideration.  Please click the button below to download the most up-to-date version.
